Last updated: July 29, 2026
This policy describes how Aspiracove collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you browse, order, create an account or contact us.
1. Information collected
We may collect contact and account details; billing and shipping information; order, return and support history; preferences; marketing choices; device, browser, IP address, approximate location, cookie and usage data; and information you provide. Payment providers process full credentials; we generally receive only transaction status and limited payment details.
2. Sources
Information comes from you, your browser or device, and service providers involved in payments, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, hosting, shipping and customer support.
3. Uses
We use information to run and improve the store; process payments, deliveries, returns and refunds; maintain accounts and carts; provide support; prevent fraud; measure performance; personalize content where allowed; send permitted marketing; enforce terms; and meet tax, accounting and legal duties.
4. Legal bases
Where required, we rely on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, and consent. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier processing.
5. Disclosures
We disclose information as needed to ecommerce, hosting, payment, security, analytics, communication, shipping and professional-service providers; corporate transaction participants; authorities where legally required; and parties you direct.
6. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws treat certain advertising or analytics disclosures as “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising. Eligible users may request to opt out by email and through available cookie controls.
7. Cookies
Essential technologies support security, checkout, accounts and carts. Preference, analytics or marketing technologies may also be used. See our Cookie Policy.
8. Retention
We keep information as long as needed for transactions, support, security and legal, tax, accounting or dispute obligations. Periods vary by record and applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No online method is completely secure. Use a unique password and report suspected unauthorized activity.
10. International transfers
Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used, although protections vary by location.
11. Your rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain advertising disclosures; or appeal a decision. We may verify identity and retain information where legally allowed or required.
12. Marketing
Unsubscribe using an email link or contact us. Necessary transactional messages about orders, accounts and security may still be sent.
13. Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
14. Changes
We may update this policy for operational or legal changes. The revised date appears above and material changes receive additional notice where required.
