These Terms govern use of aspiracove.com and purchases from Aspiracove. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must have capacity to contract and provide accurate information. You are responsible for account credentials and activity.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the site only lawfully. You may not disrupt security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at scale, impersonate others, submit fraudulent orders, infringe rights or commercially reuse content without permission.
3. Product information
We aim to present descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, care and images accurately. Screens, lighting, natural materials and production can create minor variation. Read each product page before use.
4. Prices and availability
Prices may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Products are subject to availability. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders with a refund of captured payment.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer. Automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs on dispatch or other fulfillment confirmation. We may refuse orders for fraud concerns, resale activity, payment issues, errors or stock limits.
6. Payment
You authorize us and our providers to charge the displayed total and confirm you may use the selected method. Processing is subject to provider terms and security checks.
7. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Eligible returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Product care
Use products only as intended and follow warnings and care instructions. We are not responsible for damage from misuse, modification, ignored instructions or ordinary wear.
9. Intellectual property
Branding, text, graphics, photographs and layout are owned by Aspiracove or licensed to us and protected by law. Only limited personal use of the store is allowed.
10. Reviews and submissions
You confirm you own submitted content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for store operations and promotion. We may remove unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content.
11. Third-party services
Payments, shipping and linked services may have separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and we do not promise uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by carrier disruption, disaster, labor interruption, government action, power failure or network outage beyond reasonable control.
14. Changes and severability
We may post revised Terms. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
